Great views and convenient location. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options. The pool was also a great place to relax.
The staff were very unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. They were unapproachable and dismissive, and did not provide basic amenities in the room. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite cold and uninviting, and I did not feel comfortable during my stay. Additionally, there were limited dining options and the food was not of great quality. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

A charming location surrounded by vineyards and not far from the city center. the rooms are clean, and some offer stunning views. the staff is generally helpful, and the private swimming pool is a nice touch.
The customer service could be improved, and some staff members were not very friendly, leading to an unpleasant experience.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel. Loved the stunning location, surrounded by vineyards and with breathtaking mountain views. We appreciated the easy access to the nearby Meran town, which allowed us to explore the area by foot. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. We also enjoyed using the hotel's bikes to explore the surroundings.
The internet connection was slow, especially during the peak Christmas season. The rooms could have been cleaner, and some of the amenities were outdated.
